1. Who you are contracting with
This store is operated by WindVanilla (David Voss) – see our Legal Notice for the full address and contact details. By placing an order you enter into a contract with us for the purchase of digital items for the Minecraft server WindVanilla.net.
2. What we sell
Everything in this store is a digital item – a rank, key, cosmetic, in-game currency or similar – that is applied to the Minecraft account (or, where offered, the monthly subscription) you enter at checkout. Descriptions, screenshots and prices in the store are for guidance; the exact effect of an item is what is described on its own page.
3. Placing an order
Add items to your basket, log in with your Minecraft username and go to checkout. Your order becomes binding once you click the payment button that shows the amount to be charged ("Pay …"). We confirm receipt of your order and payment by e-mail.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency set for this store. We are a small business within the meaning of § 19 (1) of the German VAT Act (UStG) and therefore do not show or charge VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe; see our Legal Notice and Privacy Policy for details. We accept every payment method Stripe currently offers for your country.
5. Delivery
Digital items are delivered automatically to your Minecraft account, usually within minutes of a successful payment and always within 24 hours; if you are offline when your order completes, delivery happens as soon as you next join the server. Please double-check your username and basket before you pay – we cannot deliver to the wrong account, and see our Refund Policy for what happens if that goes wrong.
6. Refunds
Refunds are given in the cases set out in our Refund Policy – in short, a double payment or a genuine problem with the product.
7. Subscriptions
Packages marked "Subscription" renew and are charged automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on your order page; cancelling stops future charges, and the perks you already paid for stay active until the end of that period.
8. Rule violations and bans
A purchase does not protect you from being punished for breaking the server rules. If your account is banned, or an item is removed, because you broke the rules, cheated or abused the payment system, we do not refund the purchase.
9. Minors
If you are under 18, you may only buy from this store with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, or using money that was given to you freely for this purpose (§ 110 of the German Civil Code, the "pocket-money" rule). Parents and guardians are responsible for purchases made by children in their care, for example with a saved payment method.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For damage caused by slight negligence, we are only liable if we breach an essential contractual obligation (one whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance you may regularly rely); in that case our liability is limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical for this kind of contract. This does not affect any liability under the German Product Liability Act or under a guarantee we have given.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the law changes or we add new features to the store. Changes do not apply to orders you already placed. The current version is always shown here.
12. Applicable law and disputes
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available; we are not obliged, and not willing, to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
