The European Commission previously operated a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). It was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. We are not obliged to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) and do not do so voluntarily.
